Assistance and accompaniment for people who wish to file a complaint regarding services that they have had or should have received in the health and social services network.

• CAAP regarding the lease: assistance with the process of reaching an amicable resolution to a dispute with the operator of the private senior housing facility (RPA) or a dispute arising from a petition filed with the Administrative Housing Court.
• Information and assistance for tenants of private seniors' residences (RPA) in filing a complaint, along with support throughout the complaint process.
• Assistance in preparing for a hearing before the Administrative Housing Tribunal.
• Public institutions: CLSCs, hospitals, residential care facilities, youth centers, and rehabilitation centers.
• Intermediate resources: private facilities under contract with the government or self-funded, family-style care settings.
• Community organizations in the health and social services sector or performing functions or activities of the ASSS: pre-hospital services, ambulance services.
