Planning, coordination and organization of social and health services.

* Responsibility of the availability of care to the entire population, including the most vulnerable.* Management of simplified access to services.* Administration of partnerships with intermediate resources.* Handling of complaints regarding dissatisfaction or users rights violation.* Information, assistance and accompaniment service to facilitate the access to the services offered by the CISSS.
