Services

Outreach work and referral of homeless people to existing services.

* Collaboration between police officers and social workers form the CIUSSS of the Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal.

* Medium and long-term follow-up.

* Development of adapted methods of intervention in order to avoid prosecution.

* Promotion of access to services in the interest of social rehabilitation.
