* In-person and virtual support groups (on Zoom).

* Individual counseling in person and virtual (on Zoom).

* Meditation groups.

* Documentation and tools to manage anxiety disorders: videos, testimonials, books, visualization CD.

* Virtual and in-person workshops and conferences at the request of organizations.
