Services

Private convalescence rooms for clinical follow-up following surgery, treatment or illness.* Follow-up by health professionals.* Management of medication and bandages.* Referral to the health care network and emergency care.* Beds for palliative care.* Beds for specialized care.* Post-hospitalization trajectory for homeless people who use injection drugs (PUDI - Pilot-project with CHUM).
