Outreach proximity intervention.
- Day centre: welcoming, socialization, respite, information, activities, exchanges and outings, free lunches and dinners.
- Listening, referrals, helping relationship.
- Subsidized housing with community support program.
- Regional Solidarity Trust: budget management assistance, bank account opening, check cashing, account payment, debts consolidation, etc.
- Tax clinic.
- Collection of clothing donations.
Eligibility
people 55 years and over who are homeless, facing extreme poverty or social isolation, subsidized housing: people 55 years and over, gross income less than $30,000, meet the criteria of the Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal, regional solidarity trust: people 18 years old and over
