Eligibility
people with disabilities between the ages of 18 and 64 who are already eligible for the Disability Tax Credit, who are Canadian citizens for income tax purposes, and who fall into one of the following categories: Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a person registered or entitled to registration under the Indian Act, protected person, temporary resident who has resided in Canada for the past 18 months, other specific eligibility criteria apply to incarcerated individuals
